Elizabeth Repasky, PhD, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, discusses the effect lifestyle factors can have on the immune response in patients with cancer.

Lifestyle can influence not just the way a patient feels during treatment for cancer, but also overall survival and outcomes. This is something that patients themselves can do to potentially change the immune response. Minor changes in diet, exercise, and stress may be changed to influence outcomes.
